A city council has introduced proposals for tackling invasive alien animals and plants, which are estimated to cost the economy over €2m a year.

Environmental Protection Agency releases updated Remedial Action List

There are currently 119 supplies on the EPA Remedial Action List (RAL). Over 800,000 people are served by drinking water supplies listed on the EPA Remedial Action List, this is up by 21,000 since the end of 2015.
